Mr. Brassard joined Héroux Inc. in 1994. Before being appointed to his current duties in June 2019, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since November 2014. Mr. Brassard has held several senior management positions at Héroux: Controller (1994-1997); Project Manager, ERP software implementation (1997-1998); Vice-President, Control and Information Technology (1998-2005); and Vice President, General Manager, Landing Gear (2005-2014). Mr. Brassard holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Université du Québec Trois-Rivires
